Welcome to the Mushroom.film Wiki

Mushroom began as a poster and movie project in April of 2017. The project branched out into a fully interactive alternative reality game, a card game, video games and more.

The film plot was to center around a person living their life through multiple dimensions where they are caught up in a battle between nature and decay. Inside the movie will be clues that when engaged will turn the audience into players themselves, making the entire experience a transcending engagement that goes far beyond the cinema screen, taking the player into multiple dimensions themselves – making them the centre of the story. In 2019, the Civitas Universe was introduced.

This is an archive dedicated to promoting truth - there is no bias - just archiving information and preserving story for generations to come. A Brief Rundown of What This Is All About (AKA the TL;DR Edition)

So... Two years ago a group of individuals signed up for some medical trials run by a pretty dodgy pharmaceutical company called Friedrich & John Pharma after finding a mysterious video message and clues from an old friend of someone called "T" online. The message asked them to join the trials to locate the missing "T" and, once they joined, trialists began to receive strange messages and puzzles and formed a group to solve the codes and find out what was going on.

The key players at the time were T, a young genius scientist called Angel, and an older Columbian scientist, known as, Dr Brontis.

Over the next two years the rabbit hole got deeper and deeper, the trialists found themselves drawn into dimensional shenanigans of the strangest kind, all linking to T, an island named Surtsey, mushroom compounds, Friedrich and John Pharma, drugged coffee beans, artificial intelligence, archons, and demons.

And interdimensional floppy disks.

We, the trialists, are not originally from this dimension, we were brought through in an "accident" and we're trying to get home, to dimension 108.

In all these dimensional shenanigans, we have discovered creativity is key, and in this current dimension, a certain James Bradley has ended up connected to our mycellial network to the extent that his universe has become real. Civitas Nihilium and the Civitas Universe are now woven into our story, and they are in danger!

There is a dark entity known as Theo who is plotting to kill Angel and destroy The Civitas Universe, and he must be stopped.

Friedrich and John have also now made an appearance in this universe, we have discovered a sign-up for a new trial, and we need people from this dimension to enter it and see what puzzles/answers we can find this time round.

This game, and the mysteries surrounding this game, are our key to getting home.

The Catch-Up Guide - a guide to what a trialist needs to do to catch up to current events. - ***This is currently outdated as on December 22, 2017, a dimensional shift occurred causing all trace of the F&J sites, which were in Dimension 108 to disappear as trialists were shifted to Dimension 107.

December 22, 2017 Dimensional Shift - during trial 3 a number of events occurred causing an "upheaval" in the Mushroom-verse as the trialists who had been in our, current dimension (Dimension 108) were shifted to Dimension 107.

Sansar Lift-off Film Festival - James Bradley mentioned the Sansar Lift-off Film Festival. Films are to be filmed in the virtual reality world of [[1]] and submitted by April 2017.

The F&J Site in Dimension 107 has a page you can sign up to take part in their Phase Studies.
The current iteration of Angel (as of August 5, 2020) reached out to trialists in the group FB chat and mentoned being in a White Room as well as providing Charisma Training for the trialists.
